Our swim sessions consist of indoor pool training and Open Water Swimming. They cater for beginners, intermediates and advanced swimmers but if you are not sure what level you are at then speak to one of our coaches.
Every Monday we have a coached Masters session at Whitchurch Swimming Pool. Coaches will aim to improve your technique and endurance through individual stroke corrections and/or group instruction with a programme of drills and training sets. Whitchurch Tri members over the age of 14 are welcome to attend any of the sessions.
The preferred swim stroke used in Triathlon is Front Crawl although you will see people in Triathlons using Breaststroke.
