Training is an essential part of any sport and we will help you achieve your maximum potential through structured training sessions designed to draw the best from you.

 

Triathlon is a very demanding sport due to its three disciplines.  Not everybody will be great at all three so it is very important to understand early on where your stengths and weaknesses lie.

 

Giving each discipline enough training time can be a hard task in itself which is why we will help you every step of the way in acieving your Triathlon training and racing goals.

 

Take a look at each of the discipline sections on the left to get a better idea of the training sessions we provide and if you have any specific training techniques you have found to be useful then please do share them with the coaches.

08/07/2015 - Whitchurh Tri Club is pleased to announce our new partnership with Bodytech Gym Whitchurch.  Club members can enjoy all classes on a pay per class arrangement without paying a monthly subscription to Bodytech.  Please see our Partners page for details on Bodytech.

 

 

06/01/2015 - HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Time to work of the seasonal excesses and what better way than with the 2nd Go Tri event to be held by Whitchurch Tri Club.

The event will be held at Dearnford Lake in Whitchurch on

31st January at 9.30am. Entries can be done online HERE

 

 

10/12/2014 - Winter training has begun in earnest with the first club organised Spin session at Whitchurch Bodytech Gym.  Bob ran the class and by all accounts it was a tough session.  The Spin sessions will be held every Wendesday from 7pm - 8pm at Bodytech during the Winter months.  Take a look at the Photos section for some great images of the session.

 

01/11/2014 - The first event held by Whitchurch Tri Club (GoTri Duathlon) was a huge success.  All participants gave a sterling performance to make this event a huge success.

 

27/08/2014 - Whitchurch Tri Club had a great turnout at the Halloween Hellraiser, Will Johnson taking 1st place in the Junior Fun Run with Rachel Johnson coming in 9th.  The

9 mile race was run by 6 members who did the club proud.
